As co-owner of Certified Home Services, LLC with my husband, we have been in business for over 25 years as a residential maintenance company. We were members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors in Honolulu where we assisted our private clients and our Realtor associates in preventative maintenance, home inspections and troubleshooting issues.

I have experience in many positions, including property management, real estate, and worked for three physicians and four chiropractors as well as the ongoing administrator of my own company. I was responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping for over 200 property rentals and 6 Homeowner’s Associations in the college town of Ft. Collins, Co.
From late 2009 – June 2010, I was the on-site Property Manager at a new condominium complex in Kapaa, Kauai. I managed 82 units and worked with the County of Kauai to process tenants who qualified for affordable housing rates. We were responsible for all aspects of this community, including landscaping, maintenance, administration, advertising and processing tenants.
On a more personal level, we sold our condominium and sailboat in 2010 and moved from Kauai to the island of Hawaii where we fell in love with the community, the people and the land. We purchased a home and began renovations in 2010. Our home is now completely wind and solar powered which furnishes enough power to run all of our appliances, lights, computers and machinery, including our fish pond pumps and outdoor lights in our greenhouses.
